Rest and recovery - Margarete Petersen’s Four of Feathers

Margarete Petersen’s Four of Feathers shows a single feather floating over the (by now ubiquitous!) large sphere. At the bottom of the sphere, a figure sleeps – contained, protected, recuperating. In the background of the sphere we see a range of mountains. As the LWB says, withdrawal, safety, and rest.  

It’s an incredibly peaceful image…
